REPORT ON PROCEEDINGS AT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND CHANGE TO THE FUNCTION OF A 
DIRECTOR                                                                        
At the second (2nd) annual general meeting of the shareholders of Freeworld     
Coatings held today, 5 February 2010, all the ordinary and special resolutions  
proposed at the meeting were approved by the requisite majority of votes.       
The special resolution will be lodged for registration with the Companies and   
Intellectual Property Registration Office in due course.                        
The board also advises that Moss Ngoasheng has been appointed as a member of the
Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee with effect from 1 March 2010.
